These terms apply to this website and to the website service we provide. Using the site or subscribing to the service means you accept them.

What we provide

A four-page website, built and written for you, hosted and kept up to date. That includes your Google Business Profile claimed and maintained, on-page SEO, your social channels linked, and edits as your business changes. What the homepage describes is what we are promising; if the two ever disagree, the homepage wins.

The free demo

We build a demo site before you pay anything. It is free, and there is no obligation to go ahead. Until you subscribe the demo remains ours, and we may take it offline if you decide not to proceed.

What it costs

A one-time $100 launch fee when you start.
$99 per month thereafter.
Your first payment is $199; every renewal after that is $99.

Payment is handled by Stripe. If we change our prices we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and the change will not apply to you until your next renewal after that notice.

No contract

There is no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part months, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

If you stop

Hosting is part of the subscription, so when the subscription ends the site comes offline. Your domain name is yours and stays yours. So is everything you gave us — your words, photos and logo — and we will hand your content back on request. The design and any code we wrote remain ours unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

What we need from you

To build your site we need answers, photos, and access to the accounts involved — usually your domain and your Google Business Profile. We will not hold up your project unnecessarily, but we cannot meet a timeline while waiting on something only you can provide.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us. By giving it to us you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it is lawful. You allow us to use it for the purpose of building and running your site, and to show the finished site as an example of our work — if you would rather we did not, just say so and we will not.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services for anything unlawful or misleading, or for anything that infringes somebody else's rights. We may suspend or end the service if you do.

What we do not promise

We work hard to keep your site fast, online and easy to find, but nobody can guarantee search rankings, traffic, or a particular number of leads, and we do not. Hosting and search placement depend on companies we do not control. Beyond the rights the law gives you and that cannot be waived, the service is provided as it is.

Limits on liability

So far as the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and for anything significant we will tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
